Ratios Rise After the Holiday
May 29 – June 4
Spot market rates continue their upward trend after Memorial Day. The four-day week would normally account for a 20 percent decline in load posts, but load availability was only down nine percent last week. That led to higher load-to-truck ratios for vans, reefers, and flatbeds.
