Finance Solutions

factoring companies in IndianapolisDetermining the best finance solution for your business can seem overwhelming. What is the right choice for you? Invoice factoring, a business loan or a line of credit?

For many companies that sell to other businesses, the pay terms are lengthy and rather unpredictable. This is why many choose to work with an invoice factoring company. Invoice factoring, also known as accounts receivable financing, pays you on your invoices same-day. Instead of waiting to get paid, you’ll have access to working capital to stay caught up on bills, make payroll and expand operations.

Even though there are many factoring companies in Indianapolis, Scale Funding is proud to be the top choice among all. Our easy-to-setup and flexible programs allow you to have access to the cash you need, without having to go through a time-consuming setup and application process.

While business loans and lines of credit limit the amount your company is given, our accounts-receivable financing lines grow as your business grows. There is no need to worry about being capped as our financing solutions don’t add debt to your balance sheet.

Indianapolis

factoring companies in IndianapolisIndianapolis is the capital and largest city in Indiana. In fact, Indianapolis is the twelfth largest city in America and is the only major U.S. city not to be located on a river. Perhaps because of this lack of water accessibility, Indianapolis is home to both the best airport in America and the most interstate legs leading into the city. Apparently, all roads lead to Indianapolis, not Rome. As for the airport, Indianapolis International Airport is the first modern U.S. Airport built after 9/11 and has won the “Best Airport in America” award from Airports Council International in 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, and 2010. IIA has also been rated #1 by J.D. Power and Associates on everything from baggage claim to security. Clearly, Indianapolis is looking to make traveling there as easy and pleasant as possible.

Entertainment

Of course, once in Indianapolis, tourists are going to need things to do and there are no shortage of opportunities for entertainment within the city. For animal and nature lovers, there is no better stop than the Indianapolis Zoo. What makes this particular zoo unique is it’s the only zoo in the world to be accredited as a zoo, aquarium, and botanical garden. The five distinct biomes (Deserts, Forests, Oceans, Encounters, and Plains) play host to 250 different animal species and over 2,000 varieties of plant life. For those looking to get even more up close and personal with the animals, the Indianapolis Zoo offers several different animal encounters, including an in-pool experience with their friendly dolphins.

For the scholars of the world, there are many opportunities to take in some of the culture that is distinct to the city. The Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians & Western Art houses several exhibits of Native American art including carvings, artifacts and genuine Navajo rugs. Not far from there is the Indianapolis Museum of Art, which hosts both permanent collections and traveling exhibitions of paintings other media. The museum focuses on artists from Indiana, but also has fantastic pieces of art from all over the world. And kicking the notion that museums have to be stuffy, serious places, the Indianapolis Museum of Art also has its own mini-golf course for patrons to take a few swings at after they’ve gotten their fill of oils and watercolors on canvas. Lastly, those with kids have to check out the Indianapolis Children’s Museum, which is the largest children’s museum in the world. Don’t worry though, with exhibits ranging from dinosaurs to outer space, grown-ups are sure to enjoy the trip just as much as the little ones.

Sports

In addition to being a home for educational entertainment like zoos and museums, Indianapolis is also a major sports hub. Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Super Bowl XLI champion Colts, dominates the Indianapolis skyline. This 70,000-person capacity stadium is full of the sounds of pads and whistles on Sundays, but also is one of the major concert venues in the city as well. Of course, you can’t talk about sports and Indianapolis without mentioning the Indianapolis 500. The very first Indy 500 race was held in 1911, there were 80,200 people in the stands, and the top prize was $25,000. Today, it is held in front of 400,000 screaming fans and pays out $2.5 million dollars to the winner, making it one of the richest cash prizes in sports. In fact, that crowd of 400,000 people watching the race would qualify it as the 45th largest city in America. This makes the Indianapolis 500 the largest single-day sporting event on the planet.

Food

Many people don’t realize it, but Indianapolis is a major food town. After all, great days begin and end with a great meal and large cities like Indianapolis attract some of the best chefs around. For those that consider themselves connoisseurs of fine dining and also those that just like a good meal, Indianapolis has something for everyone. If a great dining experience is part of the reason you’re visiting the city, then it would be best to plan the trip around the Taste of Indiana, which is the city’s premier farm-to-fork food festival. Here, more than 35 chefs, vintners, and brewers come together to showcase their talents and wares in Indianapolis’ White River State Park. The chefs that attend the event cook their dishes based on products from Indiana state farmers, embracing the farm-to-table mentality that has been sweeping the culinary scene over the past few years. Best of all, a single-price admission ticket includes all of the samples from every participating restaurant and the chance to hear live performance from Indiana-based musical acts.

If for some reason you miss the festival, there are several other great restaurants to try out, one being the world-famous St. Elmo’s Steakhouse. St. Elmo’s has played host to actors, musicians, sports figures and politicians. Obviously, the steaks are the stars of the show here, particularly the 12 ounce USDA Dry-Aged Sirloin, which is aged for sixty days before it touches the plate. Don’t sleep on some of the seafood and appetizers though, as the extra-spicy shrimp cocktail at St. Elmo’s was called “An American Classic” by the James Beard Foundation.

Economy

As one might expect, tourism plays a significant part in the economy of the city. However, that’s not the only industry that plays a major role in the financial success of Indianapolis. Education, health care, and finance all have roles to play in keeping the business sector going strong. There are multiple Fortune 500 companies in each of these fields that base their HQ within the Indianapolis city limits. That’s not to say they lag behind in the sciences, either. A recent study by the Battelle Memorial Institute and Biotechnology Industry Organization found that Indianapolis was the only metropolitan area to have specialized employment concentrations in all five bioscience sectors evaluated in the study: agricultural feedstock and chemicals; bioscience-related distribution; drugs and pharmaceuticals; medical devices and equipment; and research, testing, and medical laboratories. Indianapolis’ economy is going so strong, in fact, that it was ranked #8 among Best Places for Business and Careers by Forbes. Job growth is up 2 percent in the city, while the cost of living remains 6.5 percent below the national average. Add all this up and Indianapolis is the proud owner of the 26th largest economy in the United States and the 42nd largest in the world.

A Hub of America

The centrally located city of Indianapolis acts as a hub of America in more ways than one. It is a center of culture, of food, sports, and entertainment. Its rich and growing economy is only trending upward as the city continues to improve and expand its infrastructure, building state of the art sports and transportation centers. It is a city that is no stranger to hosting massive events like the Super Bowl and Indianapolis 500, and yet many people still focus on more well-known locations like New York and Las Vegas for their vacation destinations. Those places are great, but travelers shouldn’t overlook this gem of the Midwest for all of the incredible things it has to offer.
