TruckLogicsTruckLogics – Business Management Software for Truckers

We’d like to introduce TruckLogics, the premier transportation management software designed for owner-operators, fleet managers, leased operators, and company drivers to provide them with the highest quality in business management software.

TruckLogics is designed with custom features and tools that are specific to the trucking industry and can be accessed from any location with the mobile app.

Features Designed for Truckers

The features are designed with the input of actual truckers to figure out what works best.

Some of these features include:

Dispatching

Want to dispatch loads with just a few clicks and effortlessly track them in real-time? With the system, you can assign drivers dispatch. If applicable, you can select up to two drivers, assign equipment, track maintenance schedules, and capture and send BOL and proof of delivery.

Communication

Want to improve your communication with drivers, dispatchers, and managers? With messaging capabilities, you can boost your clients’ peace of mind with better communication. Not only can you email driver credentials, but you can also upload status updates and invoices with a few clicks. Plus, with our new chat feature, you can instantly share photos, videos and trip documents!

Invoicing:

Need to create a quick invoice? After you create a load in TruckLogics, the invoice is already done for you! All you need to do next is add a fuel surcharge and send it to your client. The goal is to help you simplify time and money management while tracking payments and managing your cash flow. Best of all, our automated reminders will always let you know when and how you are getting paid.

Multi-User Access

Have a whole team needing access? Instead of sharing one login, TruckLogics users can create multiple sub-users to grant access to office managers, drivers, and dispatchers.

Settlements

Losing track of payments? With the trip settlement capabilities, paying your drivers is simplified. TruckLogics helps you calculate pay with deductions, reimbursements or advances in a fraction of the time you’re used to.

Maintenance

Wondering how a specific truck is doing? With TruckLogics, you can schedule maintenance tasks for trucks and trailers, and receive automatic reminders every time they’re due in the future.

Less Than Truckload

Need to dispatch multiple loads to one truck simultaneously? With the new Less Than Truckload (LTL) feature, you can assign multiple loads to a single driver and automatically generate separate invoices for each client.

Tax Filing

Looking for a tax filing solution? First of all, we’ve partnered with IRS certified Efile provider, ExpressTruckTax, to bring you the fastest way to file your annual HVUT. Additionally, we keep your trip sheets in TruckLogics, which can then automatically become IFTA reports.

With four IFTA deadlines per year, it’s a good idea to have a system in place to account for it. As IFTA is required for public highway upkeep and for your IRP registration, you’ll get parked if you go without it. With TruckLogics and IFTA, you’ll not only stay roadworthy, but you’ll also stay ahead of the curve.

Reminder

Just a reminder, the next IFTA deadline is October 31st, which means you have plenty of time to get ready with TruckLogics. To learn more about this transportation management software, head to TruckLogics.com, or give us a call at 704.234.6946.
