Former professional boxer Muhammad Ali was born in Louisville. He had many achievements in the boxing ring including winning the heavyweight title three times and a gold medal at the 1960 summer Olympics. On June 3, 2016, Ali died at age 74, but will forever be remembered as one of “The Greatest.”
