Growing up in the business, she worked her way from receptionist and intern to the top role. A proud Latina and lifelong learner, she’s completed executive programs at UW, Stanford, Northwestern, and Merck Drexel. Active on industry and community boards, she mentors women and minority students and is widely recognized for her leadership and commitment to “one job at a time.”

Mark Esfeld is a proud husband, father, entrepreneur, shotgun sports coach, and hyper-networker! He leads Top Notch Personnel, Inc. in Wichita and Overland Park, KS, a light industrial and clerical staffing agency renowned for delivering just-in-time workforce solutions with ready-to-work talent. Top Notch also provides professional and executive-level recruiting services. Dot Peterson, owner of A Hire Power Staffing Solutions, has been in staffing since 1999. Starting off as a temp and working her way up to owner of her own agency, Dot has seen a lot of changes in the industry and knows how to adjust her business model to fit the economy of the time. She currently focuses on large volume, temporary, event staffing, but her background is in full-service staffing in the Office Clerical and Light Industrial Space.
